A year ago I was an Italian girl with a dream in the drawer: doing a Master’s degree in the United States. And today I can say that after so much effort and sacrifice I have achieved my goal. "Hard work always pays," they say. I am the demonstration of that. It was not easy and during the journey, if I’m being honest, I have doubted myself many times of being able to do it. Thanks to the support and help of people who have always believed in me, I can say “I did it,” and it wouldn’t have been possible without my experience at ELP.
The professionalism and seriousness that this program offers is above all expectations. It has been six months of crazy study but also of fun. Yes, ELP is not only an Intense English program that will best prepare you for University, but it is also a way to meet students from all parts of the world, get to know new cultures and make new friends. Unfortunately, we all have witnessed a world pandemic but this has not stopped the enthusiasm of the teachers to create interesting classes, even from behind a screen. And it has not stopped the student center from organizing activities to make us feel like part of a family and not abandon to be by ourselves.
I’m really grateful to have been part of this amazing school, and I will never forget who gave me the strength to fulfill my dream.
