This two-week program is designed for professionals who are interested in developing the communication skills necessary for success in international business environments. Participants will work to improve their ability to communicate clearly and effectively across cultures by focusing on professional English language skills and strategies. The program covers key areas such as professional communication techniques, leadership in multicultural teams, critical thinking for problem-solving, and effective client communications. Through interactive workshops, case studies, and group exercises, participants will refine their ability to engage with diverse clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. 

This course is ideal for professionals with at least an intermediate level of English aiming to enhance their global career prospects and strengthen their communicative presence in international business settings.

Program topics

  • Intercultural communication skills: Develop the ability to communicate professionally and persuasively across cultures through verbal, non-verbal, and written communication
  • Leadership and teamwork: Learn how to motivate and lead diverse teams, engage and empower team members, and foster collaboration in a global setting
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking: Sharpen analytical skills to navigate complex challenges and present informed decisions with clarity and concision
  • Customer service and client relations: Build strong client relationships by handling complaints and feedback effectively in multicultural contexts
