This two-week program is designed to help professionals enhance the intercultural and interpersonal skills that are vital in today’s global workplace. Participants will focus on the professional English language skills and strategies necessary for managing conflicts, negotiating effectively, and navigating cultural differences. The program covers topics such as building strong professional relationships, managing difficult conversations, and developing the emotional intelligence needed to lead and collaborate in diverse environments. Through interactive workshops, case studies, and role-playing exercises, participants will improve their interpersonal communication, resolve conflicts diplomatically, and display professionalism in varied workplace scenarios.

This course is ideal for professionals with at least an intermediate level of English proficiency hoping to improve their intercultural competence and interpersonal effectiveness in international work environments.

Program topics

  • Interpersonal skills: Learn techniques for developing rapport, relationship building, and improving communication with colleagues and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Emotional intelligence: Develop self-awareness, empathy, and intercultural awareness to better understand and manage emotions in professional interactions
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation: Build conflict management strategies and negotiation tactics that lead to positive outcomes for multicultural teams
  • Workplace adaptability and professionalism: Foster the ability to navigate cultural differences, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and handle feedback professionally in dynamic global workplaces
