John Cotton

Manager of Instructional Staff Development

What Mr. Cotton does: He teaches and creates curriculum, manages the Peer Coaching system, acts as Hiring Officer for new full-time faculty, organizes professional development for faculty, and oversees the Course Management system.

Experience: He has taught at the ELP since 2007, in various different positions. He has been teaching TESOL since 1999.

Travels: He taught in Oaxaca, Mexico for a total of two years. He taught in Dublin, Ireland for a year and has taught in London, UK on numerous occasions. He has travelled fairly extensively through Europe, and somewhat in North Africa and the Middle-East.
