English for Management and Leadership (EML) is a dynamic six-week custom online offering for partners that blends language proficiency development with the exploration of challenges and opportunities in managerial and leadership positions. From roles of managers to leadership styles and skills, participants will engage with peers and practice specific intercultural communication strategies. Coursework and interactive exercises in strategic planning, decision-making, team-building, motivation, and workplace culture will give participants opportunities to share and explore unique perspectives and experiences. Using professional language and presentation skills, learners will demonstrate their expertise in a management or leadership topic of their choice.
