What Ruby does: She teaches the elective Academic Reading for Academic Purposes for ELP. She has her own tutoring company helping international students who travel and study in US high schools.
Experience: She is an international educator with more than seven years of teaching experience. She enjoys working with students with diverse linguistic backgrounds and finds it fulfilling to help students reach their academic goals. She has taught in various educational settings including corporation, nonprofit, higher-ed, as well as K-12 schools.
Travels: She has studied and taught in Taiwan, China, and the US. She enjoys traveling and exploring different cultures and has been to Japan, China, France, and Italy.
