What Ms. St.Francis does: She assists potential and current ELP students in the Main Office, and is one of the first faces you see when you come to visit. She is happy to address questions regarding your application, bill, health insurance, and basic immigration concerns. She can also assist students with obtaining official transcripts or enrollment letters. If she does not have the answer to your question, she will help connect you to someone else or another organization with more information.
Experience: She holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Worcester State University, in Massachusetts. Upon graduating, she worked in fine arts and historical museums but found helping international students to be her specialty. She obtained her DSO Certification in 2018, in order to learn more about the student visa process and better assist students. She joined the ELP team in January 2019, where she enjoys learning new Arabic words and meeting students from all over the world.
Travels: She has traveled most of the United States and lived on both coasts. Her favorite country to visit so far has been China.
Education: Designated School Official Certification; B.A. in History, Worcester State University
